> >I looked at it and I do not have a clue how it works. > Hi, the territory organizer is divided into three areas: 1) Territories 2) Publishers 3) Management of Territories/Publishers This is the normal flow if I was going to use the program: 1. I create a new territory (Ex. "Blue Lake Homes") Use the "New territory" button to do this. 2. I add homes to the territory I just created. Use the "Edit Territory" button to do this. Now I decide I want to assign this territory to a publisher. I do the following: 3. I create a new publisher. Use the "New publisher" button to do this. 4. And finally I assign the territory to the publisher that I just created. Use the "Check-out territory" button to do this. Now I decide I want to see who has what territory. I do the following: 5. I bring up the territory report. Use the "Analyze territory" button to do this. Finally someone returns a territory to me and the territory is no longer assigned to that person. I do the the following: 6. I check the territory back in. Use the "Check-in territory" button to do this. This is the basic cycle. You can also do additional things such as printing the territory.
> >I need this program in MAC as our territory brother only uses mac. any help??? > Hello, that is no problem. MAC now supports WINDOWS programs. He needs to install the MAC program that allows you to run WINDOWS programs. If he has a New MAC, most likely it already has that program installed. The name of the program is "Virtual PC". If he does not have it installed on his MAC, he can get it from the Microsoft Website. The latest version is available at: http://www.microsoft.com/mac/products/virtualpc/virtualpc.aspx?pid=virtualpc These would be the installation steps: 1. Install Virtual PC on the MAC (If not already there). 2. Install Microsoft Office 97/2000/XP FOR WINDOWS ON THE VIRTUAL PC if not already there. (Note: This is not the same as Microsoft Office for Mac) 3. Install the Territory Organizer Program. Click here for the territory organizer installation instructions.
Hope this helps, Support Team HOME
