Note: There are two options for the Territory Organizer Installation. You only need to do one of these two options. If you have never installed the program, follow the FULL Installation Instructions. If you are upgrading from a previous version, follow the UPGRADE Instructions.

Full Installation Instructions

1. Download the FULL Territory Organizer by clicking on the download link from the main page. Make sure the file you are downloading is called terrOrgXXSetup.zip (X.X is the version number). Save the file to "C:\TempTerr" (Create a folder called TempTerr in your C: Drive to save this file).

2. Double right click on the zip file and choose "Extract Files" or "Extract All" depending on the version of windows that you have.

3. Once you click on "Extract Files" or "Extract All", choose a destination to extract the files.

4. You should now see a new folder with one file named TerrOrgXXSetup.exe (XX would be the version number).

5. Double left click on that file to start the installation process.

6. It is recommend to install the program in the "C:\Terrorg" folder. Once the installation is complete, you are ready to use the program!

7. Delete the "c:\TempTerr" folder.

You have successfully installed the program! To start using the program, open the "Start Menu", and search for "Territory Organizer".

Upgrade Instructions

Note: If you are comfortable with computers, all you have to do is download the upgrade file and replace the existing files with the ones that were downloaded. Otherwise, refer to the guide below.

1. Close the Territory Organizer program if it is currently running.

2. Download the UPGRADE Files for Territory Organizer by clicking on the download link from the main page and then selecting the upgrade files. Make sure the file you are downloading is called terrX.XUpgrade.zip (X.X is the version number). Save the file to "C:\TempTerr" (Create a folder called TempTerr in your C: drive to save this file).

3. Double click on the zip file and choose "Extract Files" or "Extract All" depending on the version of windows that you have.

4. Once you click on "Extract Files" or "Extract All", choose a destination to extract the files.

5. You should now see a new folder with one file named TerrOrg.exe.

6. Copy the file called TerrOrg.exe to the C:\terrorg folder (where you installed the program) and click on "Copy and Replace".

7. Then start the program again and you have completed the upgrade.

8. Delete the "C:\TempTerr" folder.

9. This concludes the steps needed to upgrade your program without loosing any data.

You have successfully upgraded the program! To start using the program, open the "Start Menu", and search for "Territory Organizer".
